A client consults and requires our service. We provide them a quotation as a pdf file detailing complete price estimation along with APF ‘s terms and conditions.Once the client is convinced with the quotation, layout and design and informs us the willingness to proceed the project, we submit a mood board as a pdf as well, outlining the graphic representation of the outcome of the proposed project. After the mood board, we give the proposal on how to achieve 75 percent of proposed layout. After this, client is required to release certain amount of price as detailed in contract (?) (When is contract?). We require signature from the client in each and every physical samples of materials to be used for the project ranging from tiles, wood, curtain to wallpaper. At this stage a 3D visual of the project is provided for visual clarity. The Mood board doesn’t provide 3D (Purpose at this stage?) Then we proceed/implement the work.
